clear explanation regarding the nature of your support enquiry to ensure timely responses.
Our staff must verify all contacts before they can make changes or forward private information.
Failing to provide a username & password for existing members may result in delays.

If an application for a domain is not accepted we will refund your credit card in full. |

If an application for a domain is cancelled according to the cancellation policy, we will refund your credit card in full. |
Cancellation Policy
Domain cancellations must be made in writing within 48-hours of submitting the order
and MUST include the member DOMAIN NAME, USERNAME, & PASSWORD
If the domain is immediately registered with another registrar on the same day using the same eligibility criteria, or if any of the other REGISTRANT WARRANTIES made at the time of
registration or renewal are breached, a refund may be withheld.
